WebOct 6, 2016 · Cannon MX490 had a paper jam, i removed it from the backside in about 3 pieces. Now it does not feed at all, the paper is jamming in the center,leading end. Have tried all u-tube suggestions, this has only been used to print about 20 previous pages. Walmart will not let me return it as the purchase date has been over 30 days.
