Additionally it can't be healed by support teammates while in shroud. The main excuse from anet is the classic "but necro has shroud, so it has double the HP!". WebKeeping your chill uptime at 100% is the most important thing for reaper dps (its +15% damage). If you're noticing your chill uptime is poor, for some unknown reason, try putting hydromancy sigils instead of impact sigils on both your sets. Minor dps loss but they will help keep your chill uptime at 100% which can amount to higher dps.
