WebJun 14, 2024 · I'm regularly pasting copied citations into Microsoft Word while doing Uni assignments but when I do, it pastes a gray background to the text. I know how to remove the gray background (clear all formatting, CTRL +\, ... etc...) but then this clears ALL the formatting. I want to keep, for example, the italicised part of the citation intact.
