WebParent Parntership Service (PPS) Parent partnership services provide support and advice to parents whose children have SEN. They provide accurate and impartial information on the full range of options available to parents and carers. They do not ‘take sides’. They help parents to make informed decisions about their children’s education. WebThe central piece of legislation guiding CSC is the 1989 Children Act.
